At MokiPaws, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, please review the following policy to ensure a smooth and efficient return or exchange process.

Cancellation Policy

Because orders are automated within our warehouses, cancellations are not guaranteed.  It is important that you double check the color, size, and quantity before submitting because it may process instantly.  However, if you have to cancel for any reason, please do so as soon as possible by contacting us at support@mokipaws.store with your order number and the reason for cancellation within the hour of placing the order. If the order is processed and you still wish to cancel, you will have to request a return/exchange once you receive the product.

Refunds

To initiate a return or exchange, please have your receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number readily available. Kindly contact us at support@mokipaws.store with the necessary details.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund (approved or rejected). If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to be processed through financial institutions. If you have not received your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at support@mokipaws.store, and we will investigate the matter.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at support@mokipaws.store within 48 hours of receiving the product. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. We rely on tracking timestamps and delivery confirmation from the carrier to process damage or return requests.
