Shipping policy
At MokiPaws, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because some of our products are fulfilled directly from our US warehouse while others may ship from partner warehouses, delivery times may vary depending on the items in your order.
Order Processing

Flow Leash & US-Fulfilled Products: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Partner Warehouse Products: Processing times may vary, typically 3–6 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times

USA (Flow Leash): ~ 2–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- USA (Other Products): 5-14 business days vis USPS, UPS, FedEx, or partner carriers.

International Orders or Partner Warehouse Items: ~ 7–21 business days depending on location and carrier availability.
Note: During high-volume periods (such as holidays or promotional sales), shipping times may be extended.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages due to:

You will receive tracking information for each package.
International Shipping & Customs

We ship internationally where available.

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery may be delayed by customs inspections; unfortunately, we cannot control these delays.
Address Accuracy & Unclaimed Orders
Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses. If a package is returned to us, we may contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase. After that time, processing may already be underway, and we cannot guarantee cancellation. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@mokipaws.store.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review your claim and work to provide a replacement or resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Holiday Season
During the months of October–December, shipping carriers experience high demand, which may cause delays. We appreciate your patience during this time and assure you that your order will arrive.
